William Christopherson is one of the three managing partners of Orion Art Gallery & Studio. "Bill" as he is known works in predominantly 2-dimensional artwork mediums of oil, watercolor, pen& ink, and pencil. His paintings ranging in style and subject matter from the oceans, to the mountains, and the Great Lakes are collected widely, and have received awards recognition at many showings. An avid plein air outdoor painter, Bill was one of the founders of the Sackets Harbor Plein Air Art Festival in 2000, and the Clayton-1000 Islands Plein Air Art Competition, in the 1000 Islands in 2018 .
